The company leverages the experience of a team that has built several businesses with annual revenues of $20 to $30 million and offers advice on digital marketing, financial support, lead conversion, cost cutting, compliance and legal, and business development. Kevin Chern also serves as Managing Member of Biz Head Law, a business he founded to help other businesses discover tax credit eligibility. The firm provides guidance on using tax planning to preserve capital and increase wealth.

Kevin Chern also sits as a member of the Board of Advisors for NomadCredit, which developed a proprietary technology platform to help international students, and the Board of Advisors for SimuStream, which developed a technology enabling customers to make in-video purchases without disrupting the flow of the video.
